The Directory

Get listed in the Directory.

The VowAsia Directory is where couples planning weddings in Asia find their professionals — vetted by our editors, which is exactly why couples trust it and why a place in it is worth having.

How vetting works

Admission is editorial, and applying is free. We review your portfolio, your published work — including any real weddings featured on VowAsia — and your client standing against published criteria. We admit businesses we would be comfortable recommending to a reader planning her own wedding; we decline the rest, and we say so plainly. A listing can be removed if the standard slips. No one can buy their way in, and declining to advertise never affects a listing.

What a listing includes

Every vetted listing carries your business name, specialty, city, a short profile written to our house style, selected images and a link to your site. Listings are connected to the rest of VowAsia: when your work appears in a Real Wedding or a venue feature, the story links to your listing — and your listing links back.

Enhanced tiers

Businesses that want more room can upgrade to an enhanced listing: a fuller profile, larger gallery, direct inquiry contact and featured placement within your category or city. Enhanced placement is always visibly marked, and it changes presentation only — never admission, never a review, never our editorial coverage.

How to apply

The Directory opens with a curated founding collection, and founding applications are open. Write to directory@vowasia.com with your business name, city, specialty and a portfolio link. How admission is decided is described in our Editorial Standards.
