We publish a selection of the most beautiful, most interesting weddings in Asia — and we would love to see yours. Couples, photographers and planners can all submit.
What we look for
Professional photography that tells the whole day, not just the highlights: getting ready, ceremony, details, celebration. Weddings with a story — a tradition honored, a destination done well, a design idea worth borrowing. We publish weddings of every culture, scale and budget across Asia; what they share is craft.
Photo & content standards
- Photography: professional, minimum 1600px on the long edge, unwatermarked; 40–80 images for our editors to select from.
- A gallery link (Pixieset, Dropbox or similar) — please do not attach files to the first email.
- The basics in writing: couple’s names, venue, city, date, guest count, and a full vendor list with credits.
- Permissions: the couple’s written consent to publication, and the photographer’s license for us to publish the images with credit.
How selection works
Our editors review every submission, and we publish a minority of what we receive — that selectiveness is what makes a VowAsia feature worth having. If your wedding is selected, we write the feature ourselves to our house style, credit every vendor, and send you the link on publication. We do not charge to consider or publish a real wedding, and we prefer weddings not previously published on other wedding titles.
Where to send it
Write to submissions@vowasia.com with the subject “Real Wedding — [City]”. By submitting, you confirm the couple has consented to publication and that you hold the rights to the images supplied.
